Find the Right Fit

A comfortable harness should sit securely without pulling, rubbing or restricting movement.

Before choosing a size, measure your dog around the neck and the widest part of the chest. For the best fit, leave around 2 cm of room so the harness feels secure without sitting too tightly.

How to measure your dog

1. Neck

Measure around the base of your dog’s neck, where the harness will naturally sit.

2. Chest

Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs.

3. Weight

Use your dog’s weight as a helpful guide, but choose the final size based on the chest measurement.

Choose the larger size and adjust the straps for a comfortable fit.

The chest measurement is the most important measurement when selecting your harness size.

A few helpful notes

  • Measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm.
  • Allow around 2 cm of room for comfort.
  • Check the fit regularly, particularly for puppies and growing dogs.
  • You should be able to slide two fingers comfortably between the harness and your dog.
  • Remove the harness when your dog is resting at home or left unsupervised.
