Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all Australian orders, no minimum spend required.

If you need it sooner, express shipping is available at checkout for $6.99.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is something we're working on — if you're outside Australia and interested, feel free to get in touch.

Returns

If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Because our products are worn against skin, we aren't able to accept returns on items that have been used.

To start a return, email us at [hello@alderandhound.com.au] with your order number and a brief note about the reason. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out promptly.
